In Summer: Your cooling system fails, and the internal temperature rises above 85°F. High indoor temperatures increase the risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Additionally, contact us immediately if you experience: Carbon Monoxide or Gas Leaks: If your carbon monoxide alarm sounds or you detect a gas odor from your furnace or water heater. Electrical Issues: If your HVAC system causes burning smells, sparks, or frequent circuit breaker trips. Frozen or HVAC-Related Pipe Issues: HVAC system failures can lead to frozen pipes connected to your heating or cooling system, which can cause significant damage. Cancellation Policy
We charge a $70 diagnostic fee to assess your HVAC system. This fee is waived if any repairs or services are performed during the visit. However, if no issues are found or if no services are rendered, the $70 fee will apply. A $70 charge will apply if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
